Chick with twisted leg! Help

1) What type of bird , age and weight. Barnevelder, 1 week old, unknown
2) What is the behavior, exactly.Can't walk proprely and the leg is pointing backwards.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?1 day
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms? No
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.There is a little bit of swelling near the top of the leg
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.No
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.It has been eating non-medicated chick crumbs and been drinking water
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.The poop is normal
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?Put a band aid round its legs
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.

I hope you've already found the solution with the band aid. I've never dealt with this, but read a number of times of chicks who were treated successfully with something similar, with comments like, you should see my beautiful roo now. It will probably take some fiddling and readjusting. I wish you patience!
