Chicken coop decorations?

I was looking for some ideas to decorate my chicken coop to make it look cute, has anyone else done this? What do you guys use for decorations? I don't want anything that they could eat that would hurt them.

I have my coop 'painted' (we still need to finish, it got super cold out before we did) in a nice barn red with white trim, and my run framing is white to keep with the barn vibe. I was thinking about maybe getting a wooden flowerbox to put on one side of the coop, or one of those rustic looking big wooden stars. Because of the way the coop was made, a big blank wall of it is facing toward our house, so that's space I'm looking to fill.
We also picked up a super cool old rustic pully thing at a yard sale that i'm going to hang. Maybe I'll hang a hanging flower basket from the hook.
