Chicken feathers missing

Hey all,
A few of my hens have missing feathers on the front of their neck. This has been going on a little while now and am trying to find out why. I don’t think it’s molting because it is already January. Is this because of molting or something else?

Another bird/birds in the flock are over grooming/feather plucking them. If there is a bird in the flock in perfect feather, that is the culprit.

thank you for telling me, if this is so, is there anything I can do about it or should I leave them be?
