My chicken seems a lethargic. She is not eating, but she’s drinking normally with extremely watery poop. We have tried giving her scrambled eggs with no luck. We have tried corrid and is currently on electrolyte probiotic water.

How old is the bird and how long has it been going on? Does she stand strangely? Hens that are laying age and egg bound will do what you describe but also typically assume a distinctive hunched over, rear down stance. Treatment for egg binding is calcium citrate. There are also other things that can cause the symptoms you gave though, but often with other things to look for (like sickly symptoms around the face for illness or blood in droppings for coccidiosis). If you have a picture of how the hen appears and is standing and the poop that would help narrow things down.

Can you post any pictures of the chicken? What is the age? How does her crop feel—empty, full, hard, doughy, or squishy? Can you check it first thing in morning before she eats or drinks when it should be empty and flat? What are you feeding? Do you have poultry grit available separate from food. What do her droppings look like and pictures are helpful. Is she laying normal eggs?
