Hi everyone! My name is Henry. I live in China, and my family have kept chickens for generations. I have known this website for over a decade, but just joined in as a new member. I hope to share chicken stories in China with all friends in this wonderful website.

In Southwest China, there are mainly three types of Chicken. One is rather ancient, primitive, and like junglefowls. Another is large with feathered legs, like ancient cochin. The third is game fowls. The partridge form chicken I posted above is the junglefowl-like type. The white and black hen with a columbia Brahma hen is the cochin-like type.

Gamefowls, & other more ancient breeds are an interest.

I've heard of blue egging chickens, & would like to know more about those if you got information?
