Chicken mouth open and body trembling or shaking

Hello can someone please help me fast my chicken keeps opening her mouth and then lays down and her body is almost trembling or shaking? Her head does not move only her body and then she acts okay later but then opens her mouth again she looks normal and nothing out of the ordinary for her appearance, I live in California and I thought it was the heat so we brought her in everyday but I don’t know what to do anymore her normal chirps are sounding more deep as well.

She’s inside as for now because we really don’t know what to do Ive looked up some symptoms but nothing is making sense because she’s not shaking her head just her body like she’s breathing fast , we have no dusty areas and she’s only sneezed once no other symptoms and I’m just really worried about her .

Check if she has water belly had a hen die of it showed those same symptoms

She looks a bit pale right now and she does look like how water belly chickens act but she does not really have the full symptoms except the opening her mouth and her body moving because of breathing really fast we really can’t tell if her stomach is bloated.
