here's a video of her drinking the Aliseryl WS,(it shows her eyes even better)

And to get things worse this morning, she had little white "ants" on her comb, and she had Difficulity breathing.her voice kinda rattled when she was breathing.Any help is greatly appreciated

The Erythromycin you're giving your hen should be effective against mycoplasma diseases in poultry, give it time for it to do its job. If there's no improvement in 5 days, use tylan 50 which can be found at Tractor Supply or other farm/feed stores. You can flush his eyes with saline solution to help clear the eyes of debris or mucus, then apply terramycin eye ointment into the eyes, only a little is needed. Is there a foul odor around the head area?

The "white ants" you're seeing are feather lice. You'll need a liquid or a dusting powder such as Permethrin to treat your hen to kill the lice, it'll also take care of mites. You'll have to treat inside the coop, nest boxes, most likely all your other chickens. Pick each chicken up and closely inspect it, especially around the vent area.

It seems to me Mycoplasma of course same symptoms of Classic CRD
Can you get some Antibiotic like tylan or baytril and start giving ?

Hello and thank you for your quick answers,if my bird has mycoplasma, will it stay with her forever ? will it be transmitted to the other hens/roosters?(she's confined)?if it stays with her isn't it better to cull her, before it spreads to the other birds(and thus having to Cull my ENTIRE flock)?

If in fact it's MG, yes, she will be a carrier of the disease, even if she appears to get better. (As with most poultry respiratory diseases.) Yes, it can be easily transmitted to your other birds. Culling is a decision that only you can make. Some folks only treat birds that show symptoms.
I recommend that you contact your county or city extension office, or an avian vet, or poultry testing facility and find out how to get blood work done to determine if it's MG or not. Then go from there.
