I just don't seem anymore to be using the tractor that I built for my original 3 hens, so rather than have it sit and get old just taking up space, I'm putting it up for sale for someone to get some useful USE out of.
The tractor is photographed and described in considerable detail on my tractor page: https://www.backyardchickens.com/web/viewblog.php?id=1642-tractor
The house part is 4x2.5' and about 3' high (sloping roof); the pen part is 4x7'. It has worked very well for 3 chickens, might do ok for a fourth as well. Really it was built as a warm season tractor; you might be able to winterize it to use in a protected location, but, do so at your own risk, I make no guarantees of how it'd perform (tractors are really not a very good way to winter chickens in this climate, period).
I probably have upwards of $350 in materials in the tractor's construction; it is three years old and in very good condition (stored indoors during winter), but I do want to "find it a good home", so I guess I am asking $120 for it. The house part dismounts from the pen but you will need a truck in order to pick it up.
PM me if interested!
