Chicken was bit by pup almost 2 weeks ago, now not walking,or eating?

One of my chickens about 9 months old, was bit by my 6 month old pup a few times. I cared for the wounds, she was able to stand and eat/drink for the first 5 days, then suddenly just went into a phase where she’s awake but not eating, not drinking, not standing. And just at a slant most of the time while laying. Shes looking around doesn’t seem out of it, but still is not able to move or eat/drink. Today she only showed some interest in an egg yolk I put infront of her, pecked at/ate some. But that’s it.
What happened to her? What can I do to help her?

A dog bite injects a ton of bacteria deep into the tissue. An oral antibiotic is necessary to treat puncture wounds. You need to find an antibiotic ASAP. Your chicken is likely dying from infection. Human prescriptions will work if you have any.
