So this is an odd one. We have those stinky fly bait bags. They are the nontoxic ones. One of them fell and broke open. We live in florida and the heat causes the plastic to get brittle in the sun quicker this time of year. I only noticed when I went to change their water. They ate the whole bag full of gross. I monitored them and they had some mild loose droppings for the last few days but its better now. my family's concern is should we toss the eggs for a few days or weeks? Just incase those maggots and fly had some bacteria or parasites? I know the girls eat bugs and all sorts of critters but those flys and maggots were nasty and essentially rotten. I dont want to waste the girls hard work if the eggs are okay to eat. Any help?

The eggs should be fine to eat, but I would keep an eye on the chickens for any signs of illness.
Keeping a close eye on them. They had a few days of diarrhea but its resolved itself. I might just do a round of deworming just incase. They haven't shown any signs of illness outside of the diarrhea.
