Chickens not laying

I have 13 layers and 2 are not laying. They are 6 months old and the rest have been laying frequently. I got them from Murray McMurray in Ohio.I found out which ones were not laying by the "Putting fingers in between the bones" trick. They both got 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 and I have small hands and another one of my chickens got 4.They are a maran (I don't know what type) and another one that I do not know what type it is. Please HELP!

If eleven are laying, the non laying birds are not a result of your husbandry practices. They are simply slower maturing birds who will lay in their own good time.

Thanks! I was a little concerned though because I see them in the nesting boxes but aren't laying. But what you said is probably right. THanks again
