Chocolate Orpington roo and pullet? 6 weeks old

I have 11 6-week old chicks, two are Chocolate Orpington. The rest are two are other color Orpingtons (Buff and Choc/Gold laced), a Wyandotte, a Barred Rock, two Olive Eggers (Cuckoo Marans x Legbar?), two Splash Marans, and a Sussex.

The first four pics show the bird that looks like a roo to me. I have never seen blue pin feathers on a chick either. His coloration looks different than the other Chocolate Orp in the last picture. They’re both a little bigger than the other pullets.

Any thoughts on the chick breed quality and gender? And are the pin feathers normal?
