Cleanest and Quietest Duck breeds

Looking for calm ducks for free ranging on my property ,something not too messy noise not a problem

Muscovy. They don't need swimming water, and do okay taking baths daily in small containers. They don't quack, and are great foragers. Mine even forage at night. They also roost and can fly short distances.

Ducks are easily one of the messiest type of poultry you can keep. They love water and will get everything they can wet. The ground. Their food. Their bedding. Themselves. Everything. Your best bet is probably getting Muscovies. They are known for being quiet and from what I've heard like to swim somewhat less than other domestic breeds. The downside is that they can fly so you may need to clip their wings to keep them from wandering too far from your property and they do prefer to roost at night unlike mallard derived breeds who sleep on the ground.

Muscovy females can fly. Most domestic drakes once they get to full size cannot fly. My flock is mainly muscovy drakes. None can fly and none have had their wings clipped. Only one of the drakes likes to bathe in a kiddie wading pool. The others are stinkers!!! Plus they have been a bad influence on my pekin drakes who are/were also stinkers!!!

I think that muscovy are the only ducks that can meet your requirements but only by being least messy of all ducks. All ducks are messy.
