Hi. My 6 month old hen was left out of the coop all night, one week ago. She reappeared the next morning and hunkered down with eyes closed for 2 days. Now she's out and about but moving slowly and with a clear liquid oozing out her vent , also the nest box bedding looks wet (from her?)There is also some poop and yellow crust around the vent. She's eating and drinking....what could it be, and is illness a threat to my other hens? Side note: the other three girls are consistent layers, while this one hasn't produced an egg to my knowledge.

The yellow crust/clear liquid might be yolk and egg white from a soft shelled (or normal shelled) egg that broke inside of her. I would lubricate a finger and feel around inside her vent for an egg. If you feel one, soak her lower half in warm (90-95 degree F.) water for 15-30 minutes. This will help relax her muscles, and pass the stuck egg. You can also give her a calcium supplement (human calcium pill, oyster shell, ground up egg shell, etc.), as that will strengthen the oviduct muscles.

If not a stuck egg, your hen could have the beginning of vent gleet, which is a fungal infection. Here is a link on the topic: https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/vent-gleet-aka-nasty-chicken-butt
