My subject line is the best way I could think to describe it. One of my girls (15 weeks) "pooed" (for lack of a better term because you can't really call it poo) clear liquid that has these strands of cloudy white in it. It doesn't smell particularly bad and she doesn't seem to be feeling sick. She's her usual energetic self and was eating and drinking with everybody else. I saw her squirt one of these out right in front of me and then I saw another little clear puddle with the white in it outside too, so I'm not sure if that was her again later, or another one of them.

Any ideas what this is? Should I be concerned?

Hi, i don't really think you should be concerned...that happens a lot to my chickens....i think it is becuase they get a lot of water into there body so when they poop they may have a lot of liquid in the poop.....

Watch for other types of poop. If it is just one or two you saw, it is probably because there was more water than food in her system. This can happen when it's hot and they drink too much or eat too much goodies taht they forgot to eat their regular food. Just keep an eye on her.

Thanks for the input...guess I'll just keep my eye on the poo and see what develops
