I have a 5 week old hen that started pooping blood last week, she hasn't changed her behavior, she eating and acting normal just like any other chicken on the flock.
Here's some pics:

Is it normal for her to poop like this or should I medicate her?

Welcome to BYC. No blood in the stool is not normal. Occasionally all chickens can pass some orangey-red intestinal lining, but blood normally is from coccidiosis in 5 week old chicks. Amprollium the ingredient in Corid, Coxoid, Amprol, and probably other brand names, is the best treatment. We can help with dosage if you name the brand. Sulfa antibiotics such as Sulmet (sulfamethazine) and sulfadimethoxine are also used as well as other medicines as toltrazuril, depending on the country.

She's a bantam mixed breed. I forgot to say that only the first and the second poop of the day has blood in it.
