Hello everyone. Our group that survived we wound up with one partridge cochin hen.... and I have an adult brahma hen I know was much bigger in size then my cochin at 20 weeks. I thought they were similar in size as adults and can grow slow but.... she's either small for a cochin or my brahma is just a mutant. My brahma hen is about 14 lbs. Her brothers were about 17 and rehomed with other flocks. I would say the partridge cochin is about 10ish pounds. We've never had cochin so I'm not as familiar with the breed. Long story short-- is she pretty much grown at 20 weeks?? I need to move her with a different group if she's not getting bigger.

Those weights are high for both breeds.

The standard weight for a Brahma pullet is 8 lbs. For a Brahma hen (over a year old) it is 9 and 1/2 lbs.

The standard weight for a Cochin pullet is 7 lbs. and for a hen it is 8 and 1/2 lbs.

So the Cochin should put on more weight but probably not more than a pound or two.
