These are my two 8-9 week old chicks that I’m starting to worry about. One of them (at least) is crowing in the mornings. Can you tell which is a cockerel? The tan chick is a Buff Orpington. Not sure about the black one.

That is really really early for a cockerel to start crowing... But if I had to choose one if them I vote for the black amercauna or easter egger OR olive egger...it can be any of those 3 breeds. I saw that there were other chickens in the pictures, could they possibly be cockerels too?

It could either be the buff or the black one, they both look like cockerels to me.
