Cockrell or pullet?

I have 3 chicks I'm curious if anyone can tell me the genders. They were all supposedly pullets, I have 5, 1 month Olds and thanks to this website, I found out the bully hen is not a hen at all, so now I'm curious about the others. Also, is almost 3 weeks to young to be able to sex silkies? The first is serabi, jersey giant. Second is eclipse, my black sex link, and last is Satan, my speckled sussex.

It might be a little early to tell, if i had to guess they look like all females to me, maybe Satan does have a bit of a bigger comb but hard to tell. Love the names!
