So my RIR roo Phoenix seems to have very dry skin. His comb and wattles always seem like they are chapped, for lack of a better word. His wattles have a very pale/white around the front edges also. They also don’t seem like they’re overall as red as they should be, but I’m not sure if that’s because he’s still young and they’re still growing. He’s about 10-11 weeks old now. Is this still normal, or is there something I need to change in his diet or something? I just want to be sure all my babies are healthy.

Ten weeks! Give him another month. He'll start getting hormones and his comb and wattles will burst forth in plump red splendor that dazzles and amazes. And he'll very likely crow about it.
Awesome, thank you!! I was worried he wasn’t getting enough water or something lol.
