Has anyone combined these two coops and runs from TSC? Just trying to figure out the best way to connect them and still keep it predator proof. Would love to see photos!

Thanks! We've already bought both of them and the coop has been set up for about a month now. We did indeed cut more ventilation holes and we have hardware cloth everywhere. We are in the city limits but our property backs up to a creek and we have seen foxes, raccoons, possums, in our yard. We have a bullmastiff and that seems to keep them out of the backyard pretty good. But still want to be safe!Might connect with a tunnel as the roof overhang on the coop/run would be tough to get tight to the run.
Please do not believe the capacity stated in those ads.
Most likely cut that capacity in half.
Hard to see the size of the mesh openings, but you're probably going to need to add 1/2" Hardware Cloth everywhere. The coop portion of the coop/run combo likely needs more ventilation.
Oh, and...... Welcome to BYC! @McGill

I would make it out what ever mesh you cover the larger run with.I like the idea of a tunnel rather than a direct connection. Would you recommend making that out of plywood or hardware cloth?
Smart! Would it be hard to clean out do you think? Or just rake it out when I do my usual cleaning?I would make it out what ever mesh you cover the larger run with.
Depending on how long it ends up being, I'd make sure you have full access to it.Smart! Would it be hard to clean out do you think? Or just rake it out when I do my usual cleaning?
