Continual small Fairy eggs daily.??

Im a bit stumped on this... last spring i got some ready to lay Azure Blue pullets. One generally lays an average size egg, 1 regularly lays huge double yokes. But the 3rd bird is constantly laying tiny fairy eggs since late summer. I was giving them to my sister for her yorkie. Is there somthing wrong with the bird?
They all seem happy and healthy. Could small eggs be related to winter?? Any thoughts?

The only times I experienced excessively small eggs are when a young hen first starts laying, or when they are just coming out of moult. Not all of my hens do this after moulting, but I have a few that will lay small eggs, eggs with no shell, or eggs with an odd texture. This only last for a week or so, then they are back to normal. I'm sure there can be other reasons, but these are the ones I have experienced. I would also look at their nutrition. Are the getting adequate protein and calcium I hope this helps.

They are just whites. And probably lays 5 a week.
Nutrition is good. Free range most days, premium food, extra osyter shells, apple cider vinegar in their water etc.

I’m no expert by any means, but it sounds like she may have a skip in her production ..
In normal cases, the fairy egg is caused by the albumen being formed before the yolk is released.
In her case, perhaps she’s not able to release any yolks, or her system has a kink in it.

Personally, I would stop the vinegar. I doubt it’s the cause, but I’ve heard of quite a few issues that are directly related to overuse of vinegar in water.
Stress can cause it, but if this has been happening for quite some time, that doesn’t seem likely.
There are some illnesses that can cause permanent reproductive issues even after the illness has passed, so perhaps it’s something like that.

Something has to be in the tract for the rest of the egg to form around.
An immature yolk or a tiny piece of tissue, it can be hard to see.

I'm guessing she has a very wonky ovary,
that is not developing the ovum but still releasing them regularly.
Never heard of a bird only laying fairy eggs.

If the rest of the flock is laying normally, it's not likely the diet, unless she's getting into some in the range area.
