Hi everyone,
I had an amazing coop hand-built for my flock (second), and they were all slaughtered in one evening - outside of the coop. I was devastated and still cannot bring myself to get any more chickens. I am ready to let go of the coop to a good family in need. I will sell it for $300, or best offer. My girls were warm and safe in the coop. It comes with a heater and a new electric door.
I am in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The coop is heavy and currently on 4-wheelers to slide onto a ramp or trailer.

I built absolutely predator proof coop already 1.5 years ago and it is proven and now I built 2nd one two months ago. Only bear can get in. I have it without the chicken run around, you can put it inside the chicken run as long as your fence is 3’ away. It is for sleeping and eating only. It is fantastic and chickens love it. Because the roof is overhang nothing can get in even if it jumps on the roof. Because it has the wire panel floor it doesn't not stink at all so you can have it close to your house. You have to clean it from the bottom so you have an opening in the floor. Because I have 2 x 1" holes the poop goes through, if your perching branches order strategically placed above the 2x4s that poop bypasses it. If I don't clean it for a week, it's not a big deal, it goes through mostly. Even if raccoons can reach the balcony it can not brace its feet against the post to climb up, so chickens don't have to fly higher than a couple of feet from the ramp/branch. more info is on my YouTube
