Aww I love her! I love that the kids get just as attached to the girls as we do. My youngest waits for me to get home from work so we can go do chicken chores together and visit with them. This is my other "Olive Egger" from HH (Assuming she is this cross - We have one line that is a cross of Americanas and French Cuckoo Marans.)
I didn't know how much I loved tuft/crested/puff heads until these birds.Their "Mohawks" were a surprise. During spring break Not-my-kids™ grew really attached to these 3 during their week long visit. They loved on them a lot and named them. I had to video chat with them to show them their crazy hair when I first noticed it. They are coming to visit later this week, those poor birds are going to get a lot of attention!
I'm so ready to see what colors of eggs they will lay! It's exciting.
