Curled Wing HELP

My chicken about 11 weeks old has had a problem with her wing and her body. The tips of her wings on one side completely stick up very high. It’s very noticeable and all the other chickens wings are smooth to her body. She also looks very ragged. The feathers on her wing are all split and messed up. Do you know what could be wrong? Also her body in the front feels as if she has not breast like very small compared to her sister. She is a blue Cochin if that helps and her behavior is normal. But I am worried if this will affect her when it gets cold or when it rains.

Possibly angel wing. I had a goose with it but I'm not familiar with chickens in that regard. Hopefully someone else weighs in.

Checking in on this- did you ever figure it out? I have a chick with a similar problem. It’s feathers are all curled. It looks like a naked neck but I don’t know if it’s normal.
