Day 24 of chicken egg incubation still see chicken moving when candling but no signs of hatching!

Really needed some advice on what to do! I put 4 chicken eggs in my incubator for the first time ever and 3 are currently unfertilised but I have one chicken egg that is fertilised and moves around when being candled but so far I've seen no signs of hatching. No internal pip. No cracks. No wobbling. My chicken egg was turned upside down the first 22 days of incubation (pointy side up) but it still seems to be doing well. I know absolutely nothing about chickens and whether it's malpositioned but it's now the end of day 24 coming on to day 25 and I need to know what to do next. Fast replies please!

What temperature was your incubator?Eggs kept at a lower temp take longer to hatch.Did you have a power outage?

I candled it every couple of hours as thought it was dead. Mainly been at 37.5°C but no never had a power outage.

Update: Spoken to my dad and we have made a small safety hole and the top of the air cell then we moisturised it with coconut oil .
