Deer run farm

Hi everyone. I am on a mission to create a dual purpose flock for myself and my family so I can stop ordering meat birds every year. I just ordered a few Bielefelder roosters from a private breeder, but I was also considering getting some Delawares as well. I stumbled upon Deer run farms. I was wondering if anybody has any knowledge of their Delawares? Would you consider them good dual purpose birds? I will also have black australorp in my flock to handle most of the egg load, so I’m not super worried about the Delaware’s being great egg layers, but I don’t want to buy some that don’t get big and also don’t lay eggs well. I've found my Welsummers from Deer Run Farm to be some of the healthiest and most productive layers on the farm. Also they did quite well at shows! Unfortunately, I don't know how their Delawares perform. I was very disappointed by the growth rate of the hatchery Delawares I had so I wouldn't recommend ordering them from a hatchery.
