Depluming mites,I think

I have some type of parasite messing with my chickens. It seems to be getting one hen the worst,especially in her neck feathers is where I find them,as well with my rooster.I find them messing round especially in the middle of the feathers.These bus are tiny,short/long brown bugs.Don't look like fleas,and do not look like mites,nor lice,lice seems to be too round. Have never seen a picture.

Can you rid of them with Gordon Permithian spray/dust?I have both,loaded with dust and sprayed down everything with the spray.
I ahve been giving garlic just to help assist some.

Any tips?
How often do I need to change bedding for mites or lice?
