Different Colored Chicken poop

New chicken momma and worried about possible coccidiosis. This is the 3rd poop in 2 days I have found that looks like this.
Any advice or help is appreciated!

Grass, meal worms, newly had like 4 cherry tomatoes, then just normal chick starter grower.

I suspect tomatoes are the culprit.

Is their feed medicated?

It's not medicated, so you can give Corid, if you like. It won't hurt.

Looks like that bird need grit and some yogurt.
