Digital 48 eggs incubator automatic turner doesn't turn by itslef

I just bought an incubator 48 eggs digital automatic eggs turning. It's supposed to turn by itself every 2 hrs but somehow my incubator doesn't automatically turn by itslef at all. It only turn if I press the RESET button. Does anyone have this problem before or familiar with this problem? Please help.

Is it a big square incubator with a yellow lid?

What brand and model is the incubator? Perhaps a photo would help if you are not sure - someone here may well recognize the brand/model. Did it come with a manual and did that manual mention having an on/off switch for the auto turn function?

Yes, it is a square incubator with yellow lit. The instruction manual doesn't say much about setting it up.

If you look at the side of the egg trays they all have individual hook bits that clip into place to make sure they move as they should. Check those. Also where the metal part is on the turner make sure that is also connected as this can come out and will stop it moving

It turns just fine. I've tested it by pressing RESET button. But, the incubator is pre-programmed turning the eggs every 2hrs, which it doesn't turn at all. The countdown clock gets to 0 min and nothing happens. I have to manually turn by pressing RESET button each time.

I was concerned about this too, so I contacted the company. They assured me that the turner rocks the eggs back and forth stopping just short of where it was.SO as the day progresses you will see the eggs tilting towards the other direction until they are all the way to the other side..

Run your janoel for a day and come back 6 hours later and you will see it's in the middle or close, Come back another six hours and it's beginning to tilt the other way. I am about to find out if this is sufficient or not. My eggs hatch Sunday. I believe the complete sort of swish it does with the eggs before resting should be sufficient.

I've just found this on here, are you sure it doesn't move at all ?

I'm pretty sure mine doesn't rock back and forth at all. You have the same incubator like mine too?
