At 13 weeks you do not have roosters, you have very immature cockerels. They are going to have to mature a lot before you get a handle as to what their behaviors toward humans or the girls will be.

What are your goals for having a rooster? Yours are different from mine so mine don't count, just yours. If they include hatching chicks, what traits do you want the chicks to inherit from the rooster? The Leghorn is more likely to give traits for good egg laying, the Jersey Giant is more likely to give size but be slow maturing. If you have bantam or pretty small girls that Jersey Giant may be a risk if he tries to mate them.

Cockerels will often fight when growing up together. It can be a fight to the death but if they have enough room that usually doesn't happen. One accepts the dominance of the other and they get along. Having enough room so the loser can get away and avoid the other is very important.

I don't know why you want to have chickens or how you will manage them. I can't point you toward one or the other. It has to be your decision and, no, that is not always easy. Good luck!

I’m really not interested in having chicks, if it happens it happens! My husband decided to get straight runs, and know I am just attached to them all. Was just gonna have eggs. I like have roosters around to look at and protect, they don’t free range because I have way to many predators. I have a really big coop an 8x16 caged pen. Then I have a large 100ft run I put them out during the day with netting over the top. I really would love to keep both, haven’t seen any blood yet but I can keep an eye out. Also I do have some Cochin chickens but I also have a lot more big hens.

How many birds total? Do you have multiple feeders and waterers in different areas? Can birds get out of sight of each other, without being trapped? Having space and privacy are both important here, and 8'x 16' might not be large enough, depending on how things are set up.
No injuries, good, but do keep watching! We do free range, and have two to as many as five roosters/ cockerels, while they sort themselves out. As RR said, your goals matter, and it's early to decide if both are behaving well.

I have 27 total I think 3 roosters, one of my Cochins I think is a rooster but they don’t bother with him it’s only each other I do have there food in the 8x16 pen, because of rain but I do put food and treats out in the 100 ft run everyday. So they really don’t bother each other eating it’s just if one try’s to mate with a hen the other comes over and they kind of start fighting nothing bad yet but I heard it will get worse.
