Do beats make chicken poop red?

A few of our chicken are pooping red poops. I am concerned. Is this a disease or just the beats we put in the chicken coop?

Have you ever eaten beets ? Same thing with chickens. I am not certain that is what is happening with your birds, but it is a strong possibility.

It is the Beets.......Purple cabbage gives them a Blueish poop........They will be fine......You are what you eat!
