Do some breeds not molt?

They normally don’t molt until after they are a year old. Some molt in the spring, some in the winter, and a few of mine molt in both . Yours shouldn’t be molting yet if they aren’t a year.

I had one live 8 years and died from her last molt.

I had no idea they could die from a molt how terrible!

Molting takes alot out of them and at 8 years old it was too much
