My girls are always sleeping in their nesting boxes đŸȘș and getting their waste on them when they lay! So it makes the eggs stink :( I honestly don’t even eat eggs almost at all but we sell eggs and my family eats them often so yeah lol 😆 this pic is from all the eggs from today

That’s not good. I never wash my eggs. If there is poop on them the dog gets them. But no one sleeps in the nesting boxes either. Are your nesting boxes higher than your roosts? Do you have enough roost space? Seems like closing off the nesting boxes at night would be less work than washing all those eggs!

Nope my nesting boxes are 6 inches of the ground and my roosting bars(branches) are 3ft and a couple of them sleep there but the rest are in the boxes I will definitely try keeping them blocked out of the nesting boxes at night

Ok I’ll try to do that in the morning unless you want darker photos or if you want to see the nesting boxes with the hens in them.
We don't need to see hens in them, just the nests and the roosts. Maybe we can figure out why the hens are avoiding the roosts.

How big is the coop, in feet, L x W? To me, your coop looks very narrow and I'm not sure there is room enough for the chickens to fly up to the roosts very easily. Also, I'm not sure you have enough roost space for all your chickens. Ideally they need 1 linear foot of roost space for each bird, and the roosts need to be about a foot away from the wall to allow space for their tail feathers or the front of their bodies, depending which way they choose to face on the roost. I could be wrong but that's how it looks to me from the pictures.

Hard to tell from those photos but I suspect ventilation is a problem. It is probably warm near the top. Also that doesn’t look like nearly enough roost for the amount of hens you have, especially if it’s warm.
