I have 4 female ducks. I cracked a egg the other day to cook and it was fertilized . Same thing today cracked egg to cook and it was fertilized. How is that possible

No.. they don't change gender. Can you post a pic of a freshly cracked egg?

I can't see a bulls eye.. but like you said its hars to see in the pic.Hard to see but that one does look fertile. If it is then there is no way all your ducks are hens.
