Hey guys I really need some help here so my duck Magpie who is about 8 or 9 months old has recently lost condition in her feathers and is acting a bit odd. So I caught her today to have a look. From what I can see the feathers on one side are all ratty looking and turning yellow I also noticed earlier this morning a little dried blood on them that has since washed off and since I couldn't find it I assume the bleeding has stopped. She is also now holding her wings different, they like point up at the back and she constantly moves them up and down like she is shrugging, she also seems to preen this area a lot. I also checked her oil gland its clean but not overly oily compared to when I checked my other duck. So any ideas on what is happening and what I can do?
Also her legs and feet are super dry and look like they have cracked and bled she also has a black area on one of her pad/heel bits that comes away when I picked it. Could this be bumble foot? She isn't sore at all. There is also a pimple looking thing on her toe which I am worried will turn into bumble foot. Sorry for all the questions I am just worried that maybe her oil gland doesn't work anymore or she has skin problems or feet infections any help would be great!!
Oh yeah so I have one other duck the same age and 2 ducklings which are kept in a smaller cage the ducks are free range and have a pond and a house they are locked in at night. They live with one chicken that thinks its a duck and eat chicken food, veggies and whatever they find in the garden. The other ducks feathers are healthy and glossy, her oil gland works well and her legs are a lot less cracked and such. She also rapes magpie which could maybe explain the feathers??? I dunno I will put pictures below.

See how the wing sticks up and is all ragged ?
And this is a video of her doing the weird shruggy thing with her wings, which she does constantly

And this is her foot the black bit is on the left side it kinda looks like a shadow but it isnt .
This is the heel of the other foot it isn't as bad but still cracked and damaged looking
And this is the pimple looking thing it's hard to see but its just in front of that red bit on the middle toe
And this last one is the cracks in her feet that have some blood and stuff
