We don’t really know because it’s been under a hen rather than in an incubator we think around day 18-19 now

Egg should be almost dark that far into incubation, infertile or dead, candle the other eggs too!

so you think that egg might have been about 8 or 9 days incubated at the time the photo was taken?

none of our eggs have hatched

that is not surprising if they are at 18-19 days (as per last quote below), when it takes 21 to hatch. If they are into the last 3 days stop touching them; if still alive, they are trying to hatch, and you handling them now could kill them. You are into what is called 'lockdown' in artificial incubation when the turners are switched off. Your hen knows what she is doing, just leave her alone.
