Does this hatching egg need intervention?

That’s wonderful! I have two that, while they didn’t have issues hatching, they’re having some of the same issues two weeks later. We’re placing them in cups and doing all of the “things” suggested here. One does seem to be getting stronger, but she just seems to be a natural fighter. Fingers crossed we are able to save both of them!
Oops. Replied twice! Oh well. Better than being silent, I suppose.

It's doing good right now! But it was a struggle for the first few days. I'm not sure if what the picture shows was partially unconsumed yolk sack or what but it was still attached to the egg shell once it hatched and was really weak compared to my other two chickens that hatched half a day later and after observing those other two I can tell that this one really had to fight and struggle to unzip itself. It was really weak for the first 2 days compared to the other ones. It couldn't stand up, looked funky, it didn't eat or drink anything. I really though it wouldn't make it. I sort of let it be day 1 and on day 2 I made some sugar water and started dipping it's beak hoping that it can maybe get a few drops down. It didn't look like it was making any progress and it wasn't really moving on it's own, just laying in a funky position with a leg extended and whenever it tried to get up it kept falling over. I told my wife if it's not looking good in a few more days maybe we should consider culling it instead of letting it struggle, but miraculously on the morning of day 3 it started standing up and taking a few steps on it's own. I kept observing it throughout the day and noticed that it was starting to drink some water and peck at the food and it just kept getting stronger throughout the day. Stronger next day and so on. Now it's looking really well. A little smaller then the other two but chirping, eating, and running around with everyone else! :)
I was so happy to read this. Very happy for you guys and glad the little one made it <3
