Snow is 17 weeks old and is housed with 1 d'uccle roo, 2 golden sebright roos and 2 silver duckwing OEB hen/pullets. They are all the same age and I have heard all of the for sure roos crow, but not snow. At what age do silkies typically crow? I am still holding onto hope that snow is a she and not a he.
( Most cockerels begin crowing at about 4-5 months, but some of them can take considerably longer, and on rare occasions it can be nearly a year.
