I figure why not, it's worth the try, taller and cheaper then any local one I could find.
It is a bit flimbsy so I don't wham it. But not much different then the local ones. Jaws are very strong and so it the grip to open it.
I am 5'6" and I don't have to bend over with this. My lower back is killing me form picking up poop every day before.
Works really good on Grass and you can get the stepped on poop good.
I use a plastic bag to put poo in and this is easy as I just hang it on something, open up one side and put the head in and let it go.

Obviously it works better if it is solid and just on top of the grass or dirt. But this is a keeper for sure.

This would be so useful!
I let the chickens free range and they get to come on my deck and poo all over it do you think it would work for chicken poo on a wooden deck?

Yes it would BUT.. it will not get it all off, you would still have to spray it. Unless it is solid and not mushy at all ??
Works better on dirt/grass.
This morning I grabbed about 10 poops all in one scoop. Once you learn to go right over where the poop is, the poop in the scoop will fall on top and you just get them both. If that makes sense.
I'm still learning but MAN is it so much better then bending over !
Obviously it doesn't work well with liquid poop. If it is on Grass you can smush down into the grass and hope that it takes the grass with the smushy poop. Works about 1/2 the time.

Hey, for (I think it came to ) $9 it is worth it.

I use a low tech scooper that's two pieces, basically a little dust tray on one side and a blade on the other to push the poop into the tray. I fill up the tray, dump it in a bucket, bucket goes to compost. Gotta say the price on the one you found is a real bargain though!

Rosemary I had that when I had the Danes. Worked great so long as it was not tall grass, or stepped on :sick

@Chick2chicken One of the hens got on the board that is around the Koi Pond and, of course, pooped on it. It is a flat board, poop was not perfect but it DID get it off very well. Better then I thought.

FYI, if anyone is rough with their things this will not last. If you are careful and why wouldn't you be with poop, I think this will last. Just don't bang it or try to twist the top

ok it broke, seller is sending another :(

But thinking that they are all made the same on the inside.

Back to the drawing board.

Maybe I will try something else, not sure but bending over is NOT the answer :p
