Dominique pullet not so friendly

I have what I think is a 9/10 week old Dominique pullet.
She’s so jittery and scared of everything. She eats from my hand - took alot of coaxing, but she’s so scared and doesn’t let us hold her or come close to her.
Is this normal behavior for this breed? My other two are different breeds. One doesn’t come close to us - Ameraucana and the other one -silver penciled cochin bantam - I think - happily jumps on our arms and hangs out in everyone’s laps

Mostly it is her age, they get a bit flighty in adolescent stage. They tend to calm down again when they start laying. However, they are individual birds, and a lot of them really are not comfortable being held. Being patient might help.
