It is hard to tell but i think that chick grit would be appropriate for them.
When do you plan on moving them outside? the look big enough to me!

Mine love dried Black Soldier Fly Larvae. It’s fine to feed them for treats, in moderation. They’re high in protein, if you need to give a boost to their feed. You asked about grit. Chick grit is the right size for them, not regular adult grit. You should offer grit when you choose to feed them anything other than their chick crumbles.

I plan to move them out pretty soon I just have them with me in the house with me until I can, and because they dont like me out of their sight lol
