I picked up this rooster for free hoping I can fix him up any one know what’s wrong or how to cure him , he can’t stand on it and is limping 24/7

Looks like necrosis from frostbite. If that's what it is his body will eventually self amputate. If you do a search for "frostbite" there's a few good threads about how to support a chicken through the process.
 
poor dude, judging that his other foot it yellow, I'm going to say this one is necrotic. which means you can't save it. It will fall off but removing it via surgery is also an option.
It goes pretty far up the foot so he might lose his whole leg. if he still has a stump he could possibly get a prosthetic

I agree with the others.
In the last picture, i think i can see that he also has bumblefoot.
