One of my ducks was attacked by an alligator 4 days ago. It tore a lot of skin off of her chest but it isn't deep. She is doing fine now. I have her isolated and she is eating and drinking. I have been applying Neosporin and Blue Kote to her injuries. I can't tell if the skin is growing back yet or not. My question is how long do I need to keep her isolated? As of now you can still see her breast muscle.

Welcome to BYC!

I would personally keep her isolated as long as any muscle is visible. This could lead to pecking towards the area which could increase the chance of an infection.

Protect her from flies also they will lay eggs in open wounds and then you'll have a worse problem than just dealing with her wounds.
How is she doing tonight?

Definitely, keep flies away, maggots can do more damage than the original wounds. Too bad the alligator doesn't choke to death on lead - you could make purse and shoes out of him.
