Earlier today my dad got a duck my cousins were planning to sell because of her popped eye. What should we do to cure it? We washed it with warm water already. A picture is attached below

I'd keep cleaning it, & apply Triple Antibiotic ointment(Non Pain Relieving)to it every day until it heals up. She maybe blind in that eye for life.

Make some saline solution, pour it over her eye, then apply some triple antibiotic ointment (the kind without extra ingredients or pain reliever) around the eye. Do that at least once a day, although doing it twice a day would be better if it doesn't stress her out too much. You should see results fairly quickly, but keep going for at least a week before re-assessing to see whether or not you should continue treatment. Best of luck.

Ideally, she would be seen by a veterinarian experienced with birds.
If you are not able to see one, I would copiously flush it with warm saline using a clean dish soap bottle, or a syringe.
I am aware you have already flushed the eye, but it is important it be done thoroughly to lavage out any debris from the eye. Afterward, I may gently try to wipe off some of the gunk surrounding the eye with a damp paper towel. Terramycin, wehich can be found at your feed store would be my first choice as a topical antibiotic ointment to put over the eye. Apply for several days, or until improvement is seen.
There may be vision loss, or blindness in the eye. You will not be able to tell until the eye is cleaned up better. A menace reaction could then be performed to test the function of the eye.

Many issues such as drakes, sharp objects in the environment, lack of bathing water can hasten eye issues. I suggest you look over your setup for what may be causing this eye issue.

I agree with flushing with warm saline and using Terramycin. Bless you, for taking her not many people would buy a duck with an injury. Hopefully, with your TLC she will heal fine and even if she loses her sight she can still have a great life. I have a Muscovy who was attacked by a hawk and is blind in one eye because of it. She has done great and it's been over a year.
Please keep us updated on how she is doing.

Thanks for your help everyone! I really appreciated it a lot! I'll make sure to add the ointment later today (I put the saline solution yesterday and it seems her eye has gotten a little better) my drake and females are kind of bullying her but nothing too concerning one of my chickens tried pecking her eye because she was curious what I put in her but then I started to chase her with the duck so now she leaves her alone. I'll make sure she'll have a better life than the one she had at my cousins. She was the only duck they had and she was constantly bullied by their chickens she hardly ever free ranged because my cousins didn't want to have to watch them just in case they got attacked by a hawk. She was also malnourished (she's 5 months old and is the size of a 1-2 month old duck) and finally she lived in a coop that predators could've easily broken in. Now we'll give her even more love and let her free range more. We'll make sure she'll be warm because we have a heat lamp installed and hopefully make her grow to a normal weight and size. I really hope we can make her miserable life into one of the best ones ever for a poor duck like her.

Sounds like she is in a good place now. I'd keep the chickens away from her until her eye heals mainly because they could peck her eye and cause more serious damage. And she won't be able to see them coming from that side.
Lots of TLC she'll be a new healthy duck in no time.
Be sure to get the Terramycin it will keep any infection from getting worse.
