I need help. One of my 3 Pekin ducks is having trouble walking. it looks like her feet are turned inward and the legs are weird looking, kind of bent. When she tries to walk she falls all over the place. I don't know what's wrong. I think I need to give them some brewer's yeast, but is there any other problem? Will the brewer's yeast fix it? I also saw that it might be possible that another of the ducks might be getting it. It is kind of a limping thing too.
Please help.

I hope these pictures give you an idea of our predicament. I am kind of worried for her. The second picture shows how she actually walks. She steps on her self and behind her legs which makes her fall over all the time. Please give me advice!

This looks like it may have been going on for a while, how old are they? and yes start the Brewers yeast asap. 1-2 tabs to 1 cup of feed. what are they walking on? Pekins can have leg problems and this may not be a complete fix but the B3 in the brewers yeast can surely help. http://metzerfarms.blogspot.com/2011/03/are-my-ducklings-leg-problems-due-to.html or get a B complex and open up the capsule and mix it into their water.

They are 3 weeks old. And actually I just noticed it maybe a week ago. I bought some Brewer's yeast and sprinkled some over their food. I will also mix it in. Can you overdue it on the Brewer's yeast? Thanks for the links, I will take a look. Thankfully, she is still able to get to her food and water without a problem.
Thanks for your help.

They may not eat the feed if you put too much, do they like peas? the kind you buy frozen little green round peas? you could thaw some in water and sprinkle some BY over it and kind of mush it a little so the BY sticks to it and also try chopping some Romaine lettuce up and put into some water and sprinkle some BY over it. Just different way you may get them to take the BY. I remeber someone added so much BY to their ducklings feed they wouldn't eat it that's why 1Tab to 1 cup is good for starters.

I don't know if anyone is still looking at this post, but my Pekin duck is still having these leg problems. It has gotten worse. I have given them all Brewer's yeast for the last couple months and nothing has improved. I will upload some pictures if I can.
As a side note, I began wondering if some of my ducks were actually drakes. And this Pekin with the leg problem has a very raspy "voice." I was thinking it was due to "her" health condition, but do you think it is because "she" is a "he"???

Pekins can develop chronic leg troubles. Could you please go over what you are doing aside from the brewer's yeast?

Yes, that could be a drake voice.

I am not doing anything other than the Brewer's yeast. This Pekin is able to get to the food and water and is doing ok, so we have not found it necessary to do anything else.
Here are some pictures. Sorry they are blurry, she kept moving and it was hard to get a better view.
