So one of my male runners is making a whistling/high pitch squeak. I think I have figured out which one. I have noticed that it kind of does a rearing up and appears to sneeze when the noise comes out. Then all my boys run around quacking at each other. Like they aren't sure what is going on.

Any thoughts? Should I be worried?

Not at all ;)
its very normal, actually!
heres a video from a friend of mine all about it ;)

Well that's good to know. First time owning ducks and here I thought one was getting sick. But then couldn't figure out why all the boys were running around and chasing each other like something was happening or someone did something and the others couldn't forgive out why. It's funny to watch them quack at each other after the one does it.

The girls just stand there and watch quacking at each other and doing the head shuffling at them. Like we don't want any of that. All of them are between 12-16 weeks old. So I guess they are just teenagers trying to figure it out. Lol

I just now wish I knew why they were picking on the 10 week old female. She has been with them now for a little over a week and they still chase after her and nip at her from time to time. 1/2 the time they are okay with her being there and then the other 1/2 it's like go away.

The other 6 range from a 4 yr old, 4 - 16 week olds, and 2 - 13 week olds. Who's picking on her changes too. I have noticed though that 1 of my boys and 1 of my females leave her a lone all the time. I just feel bad.

I don't know if it's because she follows me around, lets me pet her, and comes to her name (I think it's more my voice but still) that they pick on her. Should I just ignore her or will they eventually get over it when she's fully grown? She's still a tad smaller then the rest.

Most of the time when we bring home a new duck we have to let them live side by side for a while with fencing in between till they accept the newbie, they look at the new one as an intruder. Just keep an eye on things so they don't stress her out or injure her. Stress can cause her to stop eating and could lead to sickness. Hopefully they aren't keeping her from eating. If it keeps up you might want to try separating her with the 2 that don't pick on her and then eventually try introducing them all again together.
