Duck Mouth Anatomy

Several people have been asking about the inside of a duck's mouth and if it's similar to peafowl and chickens, so I decided to take a picture so you all can see for yourself.

This picture doesn't show the entrance to the trachea, but it looks exactly like the peafowl's.

The esophagus and crop are located on the right side of the bird's neck.
