Okay, so i really want to keep ducks at my house in Montgomery County, Ohio but i dont know what their laws are here. I have looked online for 2 weeks straight and found nothing. I searched "Pet ducks in Montgomery County, Ohio" and all i found was atleast 2 people with pet ducks in the area. I know someone who lives in my neighborhood who used to own chickens and i think ducks, but i dont know if they kept them illegally or legally. My friend also lives in Montgomery County, Ohio and she says her neighbor owns 6 chickens. Well the point is does Montgomery County, ohio let you keep poultry like chickens or ducks, My main concern is on keeping ducks because i really, really, really want ducks but chickens was my second choice if the law will not permit keeping ducks. If anyone has ever kept ducks in Montgomery County, Ohio and succeeded without or with a permit please let me know. I really need help and i dont know what to do at this point. I am overwhelmed by all of this, but i really want ducks or chickens.I just want to know if they will let me or not, I do not want them for cooking or egg use, I want them as pets.
