Duck weirdly opening her mouth/panting?

Pretty much the title..she opens her mouth like halfway through, but does not like close and open it, she just keeps it open..she seems to stop after I give her water to drink tho, she also avoids the heat and goes to shade, so maybe overheating? Or is she stressed? She is new to the flock so maybe? I just hope it's not a respiratory issue. Thoughts?

It's probably stress and heat related. I would isolate her just in case though. Was she introduced gradually to the rest of the flock?

Yeah, they got along well ever since first day so I only saw fit to do the introduction for 3 days prior to letting them live in the same pen. She also has a sibling I got her along with. They now free range during the day with chickens too, so maybe those are stressing her out a bit

She does, they're running around the yard together as we speak.

Maybe she's not yet used to me completely and is nervous being around me? I'll try to watch if she behaves the same without seeing me.

She looks fine to me, just a littke hot. As long as she has access ti shade and water, i would not worry.
